Returns
Returns are permitted under the following circumstances
30Day rule
If the watch was purchased within 30 days, you are allowed to return it for any reason (unless you've damaged it in any way) and receive a full refund.
The watch is defective
We offer a 6 month warranty on all of our watches. If for any reason, the watch is malfunctioning within the 6 month period, you are welcome to exchange it for another free of charge.
Customer service agreement
If you've spoken with customer service & are in agreeance that a return is permitted, this is valid for a return.
